Fancy Forts Terms and Conditions
Before confirming your booking with Fancy Fort Sleepover Parties, please take the time to read the information below. It includes important information regarding your booking.
To secure your booking a payment of 50% of the total cost is required. The final balance is required on arrival at the party location.
We know that things can pop up every now and then. The deposit is refundable, if you have to cancel and you give us 14 days notice. If something happens at the last minute, we will work with you to find an alternative date for your party.
Loss and Damages
It is the clients responsibility to return all the items back in perfect condition. Any damaged or lost items will be chargeable.
Tent’s – $50, Foam beds – $100, Pillows/Throws/Bedding – $20 each, Cups/Lanterns/Lights – $15 each Trays – $20. Additional extras purchased will be charge at the cost of replacement.
A smoke free environment must be provided at all times during the Tent Hire.
Please make sure carpet/flooring is clean before setup. Children must remove footwear around the party area and pets are prohibited near the tents.
Activities such as, crafts involving paints or oils, knives, scissors or anything that could leave any permanent damage, must not be done in or around the Forts, bedding or tray tables.
Any food containing grease or dies that has the potential to leave any permanent damage, must not be consumed in or around the forts or bedding.
Fancy Fort Parties is not responsible for allergic reaction to any of our products or the products provided in any of our add-on packages. We will not accept liability for accidents or damage caused during your party unless caused by ourselves.
Please ensure you provide a clean area with enough space for the tents. If we cannot fit all of the tents that you require in the space provided you will still be charged for the full amount you have requested.
On or before arrival, our waiver of liability must be signed and dated and include all children’s names and dates of birth.
Tents can be arranged in various combinations, below is an example when tents are set-up next to each other.
One Tent – 8 feet x 4 feet
Two Tents – 8 feet x 8 feet
Three Tents – 8 feet x 12 feet
Four Tents – 8 feet x 16 feet
Five Tents – 8 feet x 20 feet
Each additional Tent takes up 8 feet x 4 feet
Fancy Forts Gift Card Terms & Conditions
A Fancy Forts gift card is not a credit/debit card and has no implied warranties. This card is not redeemable for cash unless required by law and cannot be used to make payments on any charge account. Fancy Forts reserves the right to deactivate or reject any gift card issued or procured, directly or indirectly, in connection with fraudulent actions, unless prohibited by law.
Lost or stolen gift cards can only be replaced upon presentation of original sales receipt for any remaining balance. It will be void if altered or defaced.

Gift Card Information
Fancy Forts gift cards are available in amounts between $10 and $200, not to exceed $200 per purchase. If you require a higher volume, gift cards are available in amounts between $5 and $500, call 250-826-7490 or email Customer Services at firstname.lastname@example.org. Fancy Forts Gift Cards cannot be reloaded.
