Do you have a cancellation policy?

You can cancel your booking for a full refund up to 14 days before your booking. We understand things do happen and if you need to cancel within the 14 day period, please contact us and we will work with you to find an alternative date.

I live further than the area you service, can I still book a party?

We are happy to go beyond our regular service area, however, this does take more time to get to you. Below are a list of areas we cover, with an additional fee. These fee’s are for additional travel costs. If you do not see your area covered here, please contact us for a price.

*These costs only cover travel for two trips 1) set-up 2) take down. Our team are not charging for their time.

What areas do you cover?

Predominantly we cover all of Kelowna, West Kelowna and Lake Country, however, we are more than happy to travel beyond these areas.

How much space do I need?

For each Fancy Fort we recommend you clear a minimum space that is 3ft by 8ft. This allows room for fort, front access to the fort and space for the table tray.

Can I keep anything?

All items including cups need to be returned as they are part of the set up. An inventory list will be provided of all items to be returned on the day of your booking.

Can I allow my pet near the fort?

We do love our pets, however, we ask that all pets are kept away from the forts at all times throughout the hire.
