Cancellations

We know that things can pop up every now and then. The deposit is refundable if you have to cancel and you give us 14 days notice. If something happens at the last minute, we will work with you to find an alternative date for your party.

Loss and Damages

It is the client's responsibility to return all the items back in perfect condition. Any damaged or lost items will be chargeable.

Forts — $160  |  Foam — $100  |  Pillows/Throws/Bedding — $35 each  |  Cups/Lanterns/Lights — $25 each  |  Trays — $25

Environment

A smoke free environment must be provided at all times during the Tent Hire. Please make sure carpet/flooring is clean before setup. Children must remove footwear around the party area and pets are prohibited near the tents.

Allergies / Liability

Fancy Fort Parties is not responsible for allergic reactions to any of our products or the products provided in any of our add-on packages. We will not accept liability for accidents or damage caused during your party unless caused by ourselves.

Client Obligations

Please ensure you provide enough space for the tents. If we cannot fit all of the tents that you require in the space provided you will still be charged for the full amount you have requested.

Space Required

  • 1 Tent — 8ft × 3.5ft
  • 2 Tents — 8ft × 7ft
  • 3 Tents — 8ft × 10.5ft
  • 4 Tents — 8ft × 14ft
  • 5 Tents — 8ft × 17.5ft
  • Each additional tent takes up 8ft × 3.5ft
