You can cancel your booking for a full refund up to 14 days before your booking. We understand things do happen and if you need to cancel within the 14 day period, please contact us and we will work with you to find an alternative date.

Predominantly we cover all of Kelowna, West Kelowna and Lake Country, however, we are more than happy to travel beyond these areas.

We are happy to go beyond our regular service area, however, this does take more time to get to you. Travel beyond 25kms from our location will be charged at $1 per kilometer.

*These costs only cover travel for two trips: 1) set-up and 2) take down. Our team are not charging for their time.

**We cannot guarantee setup and take down times for these areas, however, we will do our best to give you an approximate time.

For each Fancy Fort we recommend you clear a minimum space that is 3.5ft by 8ft. This allows room for the fort, front access to the fort and space for the tray table.

All items including cups need to be returned as they are part of the set up. Anything from the Extras page is yours to keep.

We do love our pets, however, we ask that all pets are kept away from the forts at all times throughout the hire.

A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to secure your booking and date. The remaining balance is due on arrival at the party location. We accept e-transfer, cash, and PayPal.

Each Fancy Fort includes: a themed fort cover, lights, bunting, a single foam mattress, fitted sheet, duvet, pillow, throw, cushion, a tray table, a lantern, and a personalised name sign.

Yes! We handle all the setup and take down for you. We will arrange a setup time with you closer to the date, and return the following morning to collect everything.
